    Description

    Vintage "You're the Solution To Water Pollution" Patch - issued by the North Carolina Health Association NCHA!  This patch
    features two embroidered fish over a white twill background; the border is embroidered in orange.
    This patch is in good condition and has the old type cheese cloth backing (see condition description and pics).  It measures about 4.5" wide and 2.75" high.  All patches ship in padded mailers; combined shipping is available.
