GLASS IS PERFECT with NO CHIPS or NICKS or LOSS.... Chrome over Brass and the very top winding cap has a littleloss of chrome .. from taking off and on over the years and would be normal. GREAT RARE FIND as they have VANISHED ... and actually never were available often.
