ICOM IC-745 HF TRANSCEIVER!!

Description

I am pleased to present for your consideration a ICOM IC-745 HF Transceiver.
Radio is not in working condition. Powers up, but no receive or transmit.  For what it is worth, the former owner said he had problems with the variable caps in the IF section.
Cosmetically the radio has some scattered spots on the cabinet,  front panel is quite nice.  Has aftermarket spinner knob.
This radio requires 13.8 VDC at 20 amps. (304 x 111 x 355 mm).
Includes radio only, no accessories.

Both FedEx and the USPS will hold a parcel at their local office for you to pickup at your convenience if someone cannot be available during the day when the parcel is delivered. However, if that arrangement also causes problems, then I cannot help since I can not wave this requirement.
